Your tasks as a Public Area Custodian:
- Cleaning: perform general tasks, such as: sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting and ensuring surfaces are sanitised.
- Maintaining: Tasks like fixing a loose chair leg, addressing simple plumbling issues & replacing broken light bulbs.
- Groundskeeping: Includes pool cleaning, lawn mowning and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Ensuring that the exterior of the facility is just as maintained as the interior.
Your profile as a Public Area Custodian:
The devil is in the details, and you are someone who has an expert eye for them. You are all about precision: from never missing a dusty corner in a room to making sure soaps and shampoos in the public bathrooms aren’t missing even a single pump, nothing escapes you. You make sure everything is spick and span so that every guest that walks through Bunk’s doors has the best experience possible. You’re comfortable working alone, you love it, actually – but you also enjoy helping your colleagues in Housekeeping whenever needed. While you might be a neat freak, you’re even more of a people person, and love some quick chats with guests that you meet in the building throughout the day.
